Media

Thank you for visiting the EASNA website. EASNA is an association focused on advancing knowledge, research, and best practices toward achieving healthy and productive workplaces.

EASNA was founded in 1985 with an original charter to develop standards of excellence for providers of employee assistance programs. In 2001 the successfully-developed accreditation function was divested to the Council on Accreditation. Although EASNA continues to actively support accreditation, its new charter has a broader focus on encompassing a diverse community of professionals who are all interested in healthy and productive workplaces.

EASNA is often quoted in the media and various professional publications and representatives of EASNA are available to discuss any number of issues including but not limited to the following:

  • health and productivity in the workplace
  • effectiveness of employee assistance programs and what all employers should know
  • designing employee assistance and work/life programs
  • human capital issues impacting today’s workplace

For additional information and media inquiries contact Executive Director Bob McLean at EASNA Headquarters.
